Universal Fitness in Halesowen is a great gym, with some of the friendliest people behind the counter and in the gym. Going here was probably the single most enjoyable part of my time in England - something to look forward to when not much else was.

Stephen and I used to theorise that the Aztec stepped pyramid design was intended to warn people that failure would result in summary heart removal at the peak of the pyramid.
